Set aside this day to devote yourself fully to prayer. Step outside your normal rhythms, slow down, and pray with others in Minneapolis. You will receive everything you need to enjoy God’s presence and to explore different ways to pray. Together we will pray the Divine Office, partake in the Eucharist, and share a midday meal. The rest of your day lets you choose from a variety of silent prayer practices we’ve prepared for you.

9:00 – Welcome and Introduction
9:20 – Introduction to the Divine Office
9:25 – Pray the Divine Office of Lauds
9:45 – Silent Prayer around the Church
12:00 – Pray the Divine Office of Sext
12:15 – Share the Eucharist
12:30 – Enjoy a 3 Course Silent Lunch
1:00 – Silent Prayer around the Church
4:30 – Pray the Divine Office of None
4:45 – Retreat Concludes
5:30 – Doors Close
